N. Cherokee Street Update

Town of Jonesborough Leadership anticipates the reopening of N. Cherokee Street and all associated streets in the area of the new K-8 School, to be mid-December.  Final work is being accomplished to the school and streets leading to the new school, and should be reopened to normal traffic mid-month.  The streets being reopened will include Tavern Hill, Skyline Drive, N. Cherokee Street and Thompson Meadow Lane.  When the streets are reopened for normal traffic, please exercise caution as the existing traffic pattern and signage has been changed from the previous pattern.  Bear in mind, with work on going currently, there will be street closures in effect for a few more weeks, so try and avoid the area if possible.
