2017 Summer Reading Program

“Build a Better World!”

It’s time again for summer reading in Washington County! This year’s construction based theme “Build a Better World!” will add to the fun and include many great performances. The six week program begins Wednesday, June 7th in Jonesborough and Thursday, June 8th in Gray.

This year you can register in person or online at http://www.wclibrarytn.org

Six weeks of special programs are held on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. at the Jonesborough Library and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. at the Gray Library. The first date listed reflects the Wednesday performance at the Jonesborough Library. The second date reflects the Thursday performance at the Gray Library.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

End of program party—LEGO and Minecraft themed

In addition to our special summer programs, we also have family programming all summer!

If you can’t come to the programs you can still participate by reading!

The Summer Reading program is funded through generous donations from local businesses and organizations in our communities and through the Friends of the Washington County Libraries.
All of our programs are free and open to the public.
